February 2018
February was super exciting. Towards the end of January we had applied for passports for the whole family. Something that is not so easy to do with a family of five and different schedules and so on. But in January we had a day were everyone was off and the courthouse was open, so we went for it.
I had been wanting to get my American passport for a while, for 6 years to be exact. I became a naturalized citizen on January 12th, 2012, on hubby’s 35th birthday and ever since then I wanted that blue passport.
So after we filled out the applications, took the passport photos, and paid the fees, all 5 of us Kleiman’s were waiting for shiny new passports. And on February 3rd they arrived.
Super exciting day for me. :)
Some macro shots of my beautiful orchid blossoms. I have no green thumb and when I saw these come back to life I was extatic. Also, I love macro photography. Sometimes, it’s in the details.
Cute ducks diving for food.
Silly selfies with Ally.
Friday nigjt Phó with Ashley. I treasure our mother-daughter dinner dates. It’s heartening to know that your 15 year old teen wants to share her life with her almost 40 year old mother.
February looks pretty good in my mobile gallery.
Donyou remember what February was like for you?
